I’ve been to Avellino’s on multiple occasions, usually with friends at lunch time. While the food portions are small and good (not great), the service has always been friendly and welcoming. Overall Avellino is decent, I used to frequent this place! Over the past couple of years the quality and experience of the coffeehouse has changed. Coffee can be quite inconsistent and my food orders have been forgotten multiple times.
I got iced latte and it was good! But what really disappointed me was the customer service. Those workers DID NOT CARE to welcome me including other customers that walked in. They did not say hi to me, did not even look at me until I walked to the register. Even when I was at the register it the lady that was there just yapping to other employees while I just stood there waiting for the service. I would totally understand if they were busy but it was not busy. Please let those...
