Avellino Gluten Free Bakery

Phenomenal. The employees were so fun to chat with and very knowledgeable, going as far as to mention use of oats as some people with celiac can’t have gluten free oats.
We got a chocolate muffin and a piece of pumpkin cheesecake. Both were absolutely amazing. They mentioned the cheesecake had a new crust recipe and I don’t know when I’ll stop thinking about it, it’s SO good. And by far the best muffin I’ve had since my celiac diagnosis.

Bread was good, baked goods are all gluten free, person at the counter was friendly. It's definitely a utilitarian Bakery that is for gluten free folks though.

i’m extremely disappointed in this establishment. being the only dedicated gluten free bakery in bellingham, you would expect them to actually be open during the hours they post that they’re open. today is my best friends birthday. she is celiac, and was really looking forward to getting a treat for her birthday. they are apparently open until 1pm, but when we went before 11:30am they were closed. please do better, for those who have no other options

Food was amazing we got two of their chocolate muffins and a donut for our daughter. Was put off by drinks in the cooler being expired by 5 months and the attendant was aware of this as he warned me after I grabbed one... Why was it there if you knew that?

Delicious Muffins. I have tried every flavor and they are all wonderful. Their breads and biscuits are really good also.
