went to the SO tonight for the first time. I'll be honest, I've lived in Whatcom for 25+ years and had never been, but ALWAYS have wanted to go. I've been missing out. This place has the best hot pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Hands down. my bf got the eggplant marinara sandy and it was just as delicious. The clam chowder.........OH MY LANTA!!!!!!! Great staff extremely friendly & accommodating called in an order it unfortunately got lost in the mix but they immediately started making it once it was discovered. I ordered the chicken parmasan sandwich which was very delicious sandwich full of flavor chicken wasn't dry at all, the marinara sauce had wonder flavors in it the only issue was it was very hard to eat as a sandwich.
