I’ve never been to Vietnam, but I have had Bahn Mi from restaurants across the United States. This is by far the best one. If you’re nearby and don’t try one of their bahn mis, then you must hate good food.

Oh and the pate is delicious DONT BE SCARED OF IT

The food and service is incredible. This is the best food truck in Bellingham. I especially love the bread they use for the Bahn Mis. If they ever open a full restaurant I hope to be at the grand opening.

I've been here a few times and the food is exceptional every time. Today I got the thai iced tea to try it out and unfortunately this is my least favorite thai iced tea that I've ever gotten anywhere. It tastes like fake cotton candy, super sweet and not at all like Thai tea. For $7 I was expecting it to be better have a stronger tea flavor or something but it was a disappointment.
