Dry AF. Burnt ends were good but the other meats were extremely dry. Especially the ribs and brisket. Took them home for the dog.

It was a great dinner. Got a combo dinner for 2. We didn't love the beans but I think they were very unique. The ribs were among the best I've had. Mac and cheese, pulled pork and brisket were all fantastic. I was amazed how quickly we got our food after ordering. Everything was hot and fresh.

If you’ve ever had real (good) barbecue, Big Stick BBQ is subpar. They did not advertise that the mac & cheese was made with jalapeños, that was extremely disappointing. It overpowered the entire side. The regular barbecue sauce was basically watered down ketchup, like how do you mess up barbecue sauce? The pulled pork and brisket was OK but by itself without a decent barbecue sauce was underwhelming. During ordering, I attempted to substitute my roll for cornbread. To my surprise, I ended up with a roll and even more disappointment. I can understand why this is the best barbecue in Bellingham granted how many people have never had real barbecue.

Rosemary. Ruins. Everything. Disgusting taste even permeates into everything it touches. Same with like how some people find cilantro revolting. Usually just stay quiet and never go back. But suggesting at least have a plain option in future. BBQ itself was decent and I'd try it again later.

A competition BBQ establishment with great reviews on taste service and price is in the area. And the order we had came with 4 ....4 pork ribs on a plate with choice of two sides. Other location with great reviews on flavor is 21.00 for a 1/2 rack with 2 sides and a full rack with two sides at 26.00.

Quite a hidden gem in Bellingham area. Impressive brisket and combo plates. Turkey sandwich was below average and ribs were dry, both could have been juicier and made much nicer.. and the coleslaw was very tangy.. Recommend to try this place once atleast.
