This is our permanent spot whenever we visit Bellingham. The quantity, quality and taste of food is really great along with the most efficient service. Staff is so friendly and welcoming.
Had a fantastic dining experience at Mi Mexico last night with our table of 4.The staff was so friendly, I wish I could remember the name of our server, but she had a great sense of humour. She made us laugh and smile throughout our time there and made it extra enjoyable.The food was incredible, delicious authentic Mexican food at a great price.We were visiting from Canada and we find it really hard to get good, authentic Mexican food where we live. We have been coming to this restaurant for 25 years. It is consistently good with excellent service and fair prices. We drive from Vancouver Canada to eat at this restaurant for lunch and always take something with us to eat at home, because it is that good.
