Cowboy Caviar
Traditionally called texas caviar or cowboy caviar in the south, our black eyed pea salad is fresh and zesty and made from scratch daily. We've been waiting for hot summer weather to bring it back but decided we might be waiting until June 2021. As with everything we do, this goes quickly, so order early.
Coleslaw
Our original recipe coleslaw is fresh and zesty and full of flavor. You'll want this every time.
Texas Pinto Beans
While our original smoked beans are on the sweeter side and meatless, these babies are all savory and simmered with pork shanks. Delicious.

Pretty impressed for BBQ in Bham. Walked in, friendly and helpful staff. Food in less than 5 minutes. Delicious, flavorful and sauce to lick your fingers for. Meat is tender and juicy. Excellent choice on the rosemary bun. MAC & beans made my belly happy. Will return.

Maybe it's the best BBQ in Bellingham but it was just okay for us. We got the Au Jus Brisket Sandwich and The Italian Brisket Sandwich. The horseradish was overwhelming and the giandinera was too salty. Maybe had we stuck to BBQ instead of getting specialty sandwiches we would have liked it better. Prices are reasonable and the service was great.

Great tasting smoked brisket Reuben. Spicy bbq sauce had great flavor. Cole slaw was tasty and not drenched in mayo and based pinto beans were flavorful. Can’t wait to come again!
