Really enjoyed my experience at Birriera Tijuana. I'm glad to find a good spot to grab birria in Bham, this place really checked all the boxes for me. Kind service, fresh delicious food, good quality ingredients, very clean, with only a 10 minute wait-time. I got the quesabirria, with a side of consume. Everything was very tasty. I must say the portion size is generous. $15 for a pretty sizable quesadilla, stuffed with a lot of cheese and birria, is more than a reasonable price....read full review
Have and will continue returning! Have tried other birria places, in and out of town (Bellingham), and this place just, hits. Straight flavor. Service, has been wonderful on multiple occasions. Yes, will return..perhaps this week!
