Wasn’t a bad experience but wasn’t anything special. The food tasted great but the host/server doesn’t want to take your order. They didn’t get us when coming in and we stood at the counter for five mins until the host took our order. He came out and saw us, turned around and went into the back, then came back out filled up his soda, then acknowledged us. $60 for a salad and fish and chips seemed a little steep but it tasted great. So either I came on an off day or this...
The food was very delicious and comforting! Good fried cauliflower, house made fries, kickass pork sliders. The vibe of the inside was less cozy than I thought it would be from the street. Prices reasonable. I must say they should use more resilient buns, the meals were so juicy that they turned to mush.
Food was solid, not amazing. We went here because it was noted it was a great place for people with gluten free needs. They messed up the order and wasn’t gluten free. You have to walk up to counter to order. I’m personally not a fan of that as much as sit down service.
