I was excited to try the impossible burger but it was really burnt. I wouldn't have given this negative review if they said that they would try to improve, but they told me that there's nothing they can do about it and it's the management's fault.

Took 20 to get some one to answer the order machine. Took forever to get food. Trust me go to a different BK. Idk if they were short staff or what but definitely would change to a different location while you still can.

If you got a half hour or more to waste pull up to this site. Otherwise HIGHLY would NOT recommend. SLOW in-store and SLOW drive thru service. Took them 15 minutes with only one other person in front of me to get helped inside, with all of the employees walking past the front counter to tend to the drive thru. Very single track mind-set, bad for business or just “fast” food in general.

Honestly the worst Burger King experience I’ve had in a minute. Again, would not recommend unless if you’ve got a half hour or more to spare or waste, depending on how your order comes out. For whatever it’s worth, I walked out with my one drink while someone else had their sandwich clumped in their hand, as though they were about to address a complaint about their sandwich at the register.

Bought my food through the drive thru. Ate in my vehicle. Came in to get a refill of soda. A lady employee came up and said I had to pay for the refill. I told her that I had just purchased my meal thru the drive thru. She said I would have to pay for the refill, ridiculous! THEN, she charged me $4.15 for the refill. I said no and dumped it out. Terrible customer service.

They stole my money and now they won't give it back. The milkshake machine was broken, I paid for a milkshake via the app and when I showed up to get it, they told me they had nothing for me and I had to use the app to get my refund. I used the app and they gave me a choice. Get a coupon for the amount of a refund. Or a cash refund. I thought the coupon was reasonable so I chose that. But they didn't explain that the coupon expired, and then the restaurant was closed for renovations. So when I finally went to use it, the coupon was gone. And now, neither the restaurant, nor the app will make good. We are talking about $5 here. And don't tell me it's only the app that bears responsibility. The store was paid at least a cut of what I paid for that milkshake I never received. So now, the result is that I went from a customer who had newly discovered that this was a pretty decent place to pick up dinner on my way home from the mall, to a person who never wants to patronize this business again. I mean, if they offered me a free milkshake I would at least have been satisfied. But the people in the restaurant are like "talk to the hand" as soon as I tell them it was something I ordered thru the app. It's the rudest, least customer friendly experience you can get from one of these places. Clearly they don't care one iota about customer satisfaction. Certainly, it's not worth $5 or a free milkshake.

I waited posting this review to get a reply from customer service too. They don't care. They are happy to keep my money and not re-issueme a coupon and lose my business. Probably just a bunch of billionaires who don't care about anyone but themselves.
