There were five of us that came for a late lunch this past Friday. What a great experience! We tried the Burnt Side Down, the Italian Stallion, and the Caprese Sandwiches, all of which were cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. The woman that took our order (Sophie) was very friendly and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope to return next time we are in Bellingham.
The sandwiches are great, but I wasn't impressed during my recent visit when I was told they would not accept cash because they were closing soon (25 minutes from when I was ordering).
Normally, I wouldn't mind, but then I saw the sign that states they will add a 3% fee when paying with a card, after being told I HAVE to pay with a card.

Absolutely SCRUM-diddly-umshous! I was pleasantly surprised by the FABULOUS grilled cheese that they blessed me with today, please if you are anywhere near this cozy little quaint shop please give it a try!
