I was taking a drive from Seattle to Vancouver when I came across this gem. I needed some coffee, missed the Starbucks exit only to turn and find this place and I am so glad I did! I had the keto bullet coffee with a shot of hazelnut. I've never had coffee taste this delicious before. If I ever have to make that drive again, I will for sure stop at this place. The best london fog in town. No really. I can't do normal coffee and have to rely on people to make a good balanced london fog and I've never had one this good. The iced version, which I've never been offered anywhere else tho I'm sure it's a thing somewhere, was nearly as perfect. I think the ice makes it taste more milky so I wouldnt change a thing. We'll be regulars, for sure.

Besides the coffee being so good and smooth, the KETO treats are to die for. 18 months on the keto diet and l had not eaten anything from any coffee drive-through. I discovered Café Crema House and can enjoy delicious sweet AND savory KETO foods. This place is a game changer. The banana nut cream doughnuts...superb. Cheese cake brownies, unbelievable. Try it!

Not from the area, visiting for the weekend. Heard about it from shannontheketogenie. Picked up some of the keto goodies... cheesecake brownies, a banana nut donut, maple bacon donut and a calzone. All were delicious, and we'll probably be back over there tomorrow to buy some more goodies :) The lady working (I think it was the owner? Not sure.) was very friendly and patient. Definitley check it out, especially if your keto!

Pretty impressed with this surprise find. This coffee drive thru has a huge selection of tasty Keto treats and food. Bagels, donuts etc... !!!! I had the vanilla donut and it absolutely met my sweets needs while doing this keto thang. Definitely going to be a regular place to get my fix.
