Blue Fin offers the most beautifully prepared always fresh and delicious Japanese food. I have traveled to many countries including Japan and have never tasted better. The owners and staff are pleasant and helpful also. I really never order sushi etc. anyplace else.

My wife and I love Blue Fin's quiet, cozy atmosphere and delicious sushi options. One of our favorites is the Sake Don, large, succulent cuts of salmon on sweet sushi rice.
