Blue Fin Sushi in Bellingham is a hidden gem in a small strip mall. The service is impressive, with quick and fresh food. The calamari with tentacles was a favorite, along with the Spider Roll, Wild Thing, and Super Tempura roll - all very fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly and the owners treat customers well. The sushi is outstanding, with well-cured and fresh fish at a great price point. While the ambiance is basic, it's a great spot for a party of 4 or a seat at the sushi bar.
