“Our first visit to Blue Fin Sushi! We looked up who had the best sushi in Bellingham and were not disappointed. This place is a bit of a hidden gem located in a small strip mall type building. The service was on point, kudos to the servers and sushi chefs here as the place was fairly busy, and they were on top of it. Our food was served quickly and fresh. The miso soup was hot, and the tea was very tasty. We had the calamari - very fresh and cooked perfectly. I love it when the calamari comes out with the tentacles. Soo tasty! We also had three rolls, the Spider Roll, Wild Thing, and the Super Tempura roll. All were very fresh and tasty. The fresh fish was melt in your mouth. If you have not been here yet, you need to try it out. It may just end up being your favorite sushi spot. It is our now!“
“Ok, stumbled upon this little gem by accident and glad I did! The sushi was PERFECT! I especially loved the Iced Milk Tea. It's a very busy little spot, so be patient. Not ideal if you're expecting a quick in and out dine in for lunch so keep that in mind. The staff was VERY friendly and they were constantly refilling our water. We definitely will be back to sample the Ramen!Vegetarian options: Fried tofu and Ramen options“
“I ordered the two piece fish and chips,Marco the owner was one of the nicest people i have ever met and the food was really good, the fish was nice and crispy on the outside and the fish itself was a good portion and flaky and fresh. with good flavor.I would rate it a 10 out of 10“
“Came in for my brother in laws birthday, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Small spot, but good outdoor seating. All the rolls were very well done, nigiri was great, and the bento boxes seemed to be a terrific value.“
“I tried both the miso ramen & a tiger roll with both being super delicious! I do think next time I will try the Tonkatsu ramen as I prefer a richer broth. I do wish you were able to dine in but the prices are incredibly fair so I don’t mind. Sushi was fresh & presented beautifully. Will be ordering again (:“
“I had an itch to get some good teriyaki and someone told me this is the best in Bellingham. Well, I wasn't disappointed! It scratched the itch. The server we had was professional and friendly and happy to answer questions. She also checked in on us a good amount so we didn't feel neglected. The space is somewhat small but I didn't feel crowded. The big windows let in a lot of light and the plants outside give some ambiance. Now... for the winner... the food! The chicken teriyaki and gyoza combo was exactly what I wanted. The gyoza came with a sauce of some sort that is house made. It tasted amazing and I even asked for more because I could just pour that over everything! The teriyaki was everything I hoped it would be. I do wish there was more sauce on it but the flavor was spot on. I think this is my new teriyaki place!“
“This is def our go to for Thai food, the food is always good and the portions are perfect for a meal and lunch the next day; and let’s be honest Asian food is even better the next day. The restaurant is nice but service can be spotty.. inattentive or just poor attitude. BUT the food is worth it!“
“Best Sushi in town. And it's conveyor Belt style!I always panic getting sushi cause it ends up costjng a lot of money. This place does not break the back and you don't have to hold back too much.I highly recommend since it's really quick eat and cheap“
“My first time going, it was fairly slow when we got there and right as we ordered they got slammed. Our food took a little longer than normal but our server Iszy was wonderful and checked in often. 10/10 recommend going, food was delicious and service was top tier!“
“I'm happy it is here. It is a healthy lunch. The fish flavor is not the best. I'm not sure why... just not my favorite poke to eat. There were green seaweed things mixed in with the salmon that were really bitter (I love seaweed salad....but these were different greens). I think maybe their sauces need some inspiration. everything is just okay.“
