Definitely the best sushi in town. Everything was so fresh and great selection of sushi rolls. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We had a bit of a wait but it was also very busy, but it's definitely worth the wait. Definitely recommend and you can't go wrong here.
Ordered the teriyaki salmon bento box and chicken pan fried noodles. The bento box was definitely enough good with leftovers. Salmon was cooked to perfection. Tempura vegetables were crispy, light and fresh. California roll was freshly made and delicious. Love the salad dressing as well. Was very grateful they were able to accommodate no sesame seeds for my dietary needs. Great customer service, amazing prices for the quality and nice atmosphere. Will definitely return for another...
I’ve eaten here dozens of times already since moving to town last year. I’ve also tried most if not all of the sushi purveyors in town. Blue Fin wins, hands down. Most consistent quality. Very fresh fish. Generally they’re punching well above their weight class for a strip mall sushi joint in bham. Love it.
