We have used Calypso twice now and were super impressed both times! The first time was my mom's wedding and the second was her 70th birthday. The food was absolutely delicious! The guests- on both occasions- raved about the food! Sarah worked with us on the menu and was super flexible on delivery/pickup times! I would have expected her to be more expensive, but was extremely happy she was as affordable as she is. We were lucky enough to have some of the food leftover and I couldn't leave it alone... next-day lunch, dinner, and midnight snack approved! I highly recommend Calypso to anyone who is planning an event.

The hibiscus nectar is pure heaven in a bottle. Sarah's green sauce, pepper sauce, and tamarind sauce are among my favorites to make any at-home dish come to life. The take-home meals are delicious AND healthy. Calypso is a true treasure in Bellingham. Thank you, Sarah!!

It's not even close. The most delicious food I've eaten in Bellingham comes out of Calypso Kitchen. Everything I've had is exceptional, but if I had to make recommendations I'd say to get the green sauce and the tamarind sauce and put them on pretty much anything edible. The hibiscus tea tastes beautiful and it stores well in the refrigerator.
