We have used Calypso twice now and were super impressed both times! The first time was my mom's wedding and the second was her 70th birthday. The food was absolutely delicious! The guests- on both occasions- raved about the food! Sarah worked with us on the menu and was super flexible on delivery/pickup times! Exceptional and delicious food. Was at a catered event and can't say enough. The chicken was heavenly, the veggies were still crispy and fresh yet cooked and seasoned well.Not salty, full of flavor, everything is very good!This is wonderful food for catered events, I highly recommend Calypso Kitchen.

As an event coordinator and a former kitchen manager and professional baker, I haven't found anyone locally that quite compares to Sarah. Her menus are creative, perfectly executed, and sensitive to a variety of dietary needs. Sarah herself is a delight and her staff are highly professional. I will recommend Calypso Kitchen to anyone who will listen.
