We chose Calypso Kitchen to cater our All Staff training for our entire agency of 130 staff and had the best experience. Sarah was communicative and friendly and worked with us on the pricing as we are a government agency. Not only that, but the food was AMAZING- it was delivered hot and everything had terrific flavor and went together well. My partner and I got married last week and had the pleasure of hiring Calypso Kitchen as our caterer. From the beginning, Sarah was great to work with. She gave us a sample of the dinner food we wanted, which was amazing (we did the jerk chicken and tofu with rice, veggies, and a tomato salad). Calypso Kitchen really knocked it out of the park for our graduation party this last weekend. Our guests raved about the food - and devoured every delicious morsel. It was the best jerk chicken I ever had - the chimi-churi, raw mango salsa and the cooked mango salsa was next level. And, on top of that - Sarah was so easy to work with. thank you calypso kitchen for making our special occasion, really special. I will definitely order again.

Calypso Kitchen Catering is amazing and a family favorite for years. The food is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and met every kind of dietary need. The best jerk chicken, chimi-churi, raw mango salsa, and cooked mango salsa was next level. Staples include the crunchy chickpeas, jerk chicken, roasted eggplant choka, coconut peas and rice, and pineapple chow. The food arrived on time, piping hot, and delicious. Guests raved about it all night long, devoured every delicious morsel, and everyone took leftovers home. The pricing was very reasonable. Sarah and her staff are great to work with, easy to communicate with, and clearly very experienced in catering events. Calypso Kitchen helped make special occasions really special, from graduation parties to wedding receptions and a Regional awards banquet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer in Whatcom County.
