Calypso Kitchen Catering is amazing and a family favorite for years. The food is flavorful, perfectly cooked, and met every kind of dietary need. The best jerk chicken, chimi-churi, raw mango salsa, and cooked mango salsa was next level. Staples include the crunchy chickpeas, jerk chicken, roasted eggplant choka, coconut peas and rice, and pineapple chow. The food arrived on time, piping hot, and delicious. Guests raved about it all night long, devoured every delicious morsel, and everyone took leftovers home. The pricing was very reasonable. Sarah and her staff are great to work with, easy to communicate with, and clearly very experienced in catering events. Calypso Kitchen helped make special occasions really special, from graduation parties to wedding receptions and a Regional awards banquet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caterer in Whatcom County.
