Calypso Kitchen has been a family favorite for years. There really is nothing else like Sarah’s food in Whatcom County. I love everything on her menu, but my staples are the crunchy chickpeas, jerk chicken, roasted eggplant choka, coconut peas and rice, and pineapple chow.
We had Calypso Kitchen cater a Regional awards banquet. People from all over the state. The food was great. Everyone gave a thumbs up. Can't say enough about the Jerk Spiced Chicken. Easy to work with Sarah. Thanks
Exceptional and delicious food. Was at a catered event and can't say enough. The chicken was heavenly, the veggies were still crispy and fresh yet cooked and seasoned well.Not salty, full of flavor, everything is very good!This is wonderful food for catered events, I highly recommend Calypso Kitchen.
