Exceptional and delicious food. Was at a catered event and can't say enough. The chicken was heavenly, the veggies were still crispy and fresh yet cooked and seasoned well.Not salty, full of flavor, everything is very good!This is wonderful food for catered events, I highly recommend Calypso Kitchen.
As an event coordinator and a former kitchen manager and professional baker, I haven't found anyone locally that quite compares to Sarah. Her menus are creative, perfectly executed, and sensitive to a variety of dietary needs. Sarah herself is a delight and her staff are highly professional. I will recommend Calypso Kitchen to anyone who will listen.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sarah, who catered our small, 15 person wedding dinner. Her food was absolutely beautiful, fresh, and delicious. Everyone raved about the food and her portions were generous. Thanks Sarah!
