The owner fired me only an hour into my first ever shift. Said the reason was that there weren't enough hours (I was told I would be getting 20-25hrs in the interview), that my hands were in my pockets at some times, and that I forgot to tie my hair back (other employees had much longer hair than me and the person training me said nothing about it, this was my first ever time working in a kitchen)

The lasagna was terrible. It was lasagna noodles floating in some beef gravy mixed with a bit of ketchup, topped with cheese. I thought perhaps they had given me Mexican lasagna by accident because there was no tomato sauce, much less a layer of ricotta cheese - actually no layers at all. I asked our server and she said if I wanted tomato sauce I should have ordered the vegetarian lasagna. Well, this lasagna was vegetarian enough because you couldn't find any ground beef in it. Just because they put it in the oven to melt some cheese on top of it, doesn't mean you can call it baked lasagna. Definitely not Italian cooking.

Ordered a pizza last weekend and was very disappointed. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrendous. The worker that took my order was extremely curt and disrespectful. I ordered one 14 inch “create your own” pizza with mushrooms, olives, and artichokes, and they gave me the wrong pizza TWICE. When I asked them to remake my pizza for the second time, they STILL got the order wrong despite me clarifying my order multiple times. When I spoke with the owner she was extremely unprofessional and didn’t compensate me in any way. Not to mention, one of the workers smelled very strongly of BO.

Been eating here off and on for thirty years basically amazing pizza cooked special way with cheese over toppings like a little blanket - grinders are awesome too!

Here's the deal, we called and informed them of the discrepancy that we of course did not notice until we got home. It was a Saturday night: we were told that the owners would have to decide the fate of the missing food items on the pizza the following monday. Usually I'd wait till Monday but you know what the pizza is always good there it's delicious but isn't it all about keeping the customer happy? Or is that something that kind of went out with the generation M's & Z's? No disrespect to their generations but, I'm generation X and I think my fellow "Xers" would agree with me.Take your phone to the toilet ? We loved our visit to Cascade Pizza! We ordered the Cascade Special pizza and the cheese bread with meat sauce. The pizza was cooked perfectly and super tasty. The meat sauce was great, but the cheese bread alone would have been delicious. I even found a new favorite beer here!We also paid less than we would at other, larger establishments that offer lesser customer service.We'll definitely be back often.
