Amazing food and spirits with an equally amazing staff. Hands down my favorite place in town and will always have a special place in my heart. Also great for weddings and events, we had our wedding in the ballroom and was blown away by the professionalism and overall quality of the event coordinators and staff

The distillery tour was fantastic and a real highlight of our trip. I learned so much about how spirits are made, the local history of Bellingham, and got to try lots of a delicious drinks. Our host was engaging, warm, and knowledge. I've been on lots of brewery and distillery tours around the world, and this stands out as being the best. Do not miss it!

What a great experience at the distillery tour! ? Our host, Nat, was a rockstar, guiding us through a tour packed with fascinating history and hands-on fun. The tastings were generous, and we were never left thirsty—cheers to that! ?

The spirits? Absolutely delicious! I learned so much about their process, but the highlight had to be the Krampus special edition liqueur—it's a must-try! ??

Plus, the tour comes with sweet discounts on all the merch and at the attached restaurant. Speaking of which, the ribs were out of this world, and the whiskey sour was perfection. Highly recommend this experience! ??

Nat in the tasting room is absolutely amazing. We’ve been 2x and every time Nat’s expertise and superb customer service have been just incredible! The Corpse Reviver and the coffee liquor are can’t misses!

The tour was great, I learned a lot and Nat is a charmer. Sampled some delicious cocktails and then ate at the restaurant. It's a little out of my way but I'll be back.

Got hooked in their distillery a few years ago with the release of the krampus liqueur. We jumped at the chance to tour the distillery when a trip brought us only a few hours away. Nat the the tour guide was fantastic and informative. We not only learned about what they did there but also some local history. Would reccomend stopping by and having a few cocktails!

Suzanne and her events team were fantastic! We rented the Mezzanine and the Speakeasy for a ~50 person wedding rehearsal dinner. For food, we went with the Little Italy menu and the drink ticket option. Professional, prompt with emails, and everything was taken care of. No stress the night of!! I was concerned about one dish on the menu, and we found a substitute easily and it turned out absolutely perfect the evening of. The drinks were made well and the service was prompt and friendly! It was such a special night.

The tour with Daniel was awesome! Very informative and we learned a ton of info! Daniel was great at being thorough, answering questions and offering up some great laughs. (Ask him about a barrel’s bunghole, no really ask him!) we would recommend this tour for anyone curious on distilling, curious on seeing some local history, or just to learn about something new!

Excellent tour! Fun to learn about the local business history and chemistry that goes into distilling. Got to try some great drinks as well. Definitely stop in if you enjoy whisky, gin, or Bellingham history.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. It was SO informative and there were plenty of tastes to be had. Nat was an amazing guide. I would definitely recommend this tour!

This was such a great experience, and it was made even more memorable with our tour guides, Nat and Irianda! I’m not sure if I’m spelling the names correctly, my apologies! The knowledge and history did not disappoint, they shared so much! I highly recommend going on their tour. It will make you appreciate all that the owner Matt does for Bellingham’s community and surrounding towns. Cheers!

10/10. We hosted a private event at the beautiful rooftop / main restaurant space and were blown away by the communication and care given to our event. Highly recommend for a private event, dinner, or simply stopping in for a hand-crafted cocktail. Huge thank you to the entire team!

We had such a fun time on our tour with Nat this last weekend. Nat was so sweet and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this tour! I look forward to taking it again as they are always growing and expanding. Make sure to take time to try all samples. Absolutely delicious.

Had our wedding reception here and everything was superb! Hannah was amazing from start to finish and everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
