I recently attended a party hosted here in the ballroom, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience. The staff was a pleasure, the venue is beautiful, and the food was excellent. I'll be spreading the word to all those that will listen.
I have not been to the distillery, but friends gave us their barrel-aged say sauce for Christmas. It is wonderful!
I did a tour of this with friends and family and it exceeded my expectations. Stella was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable about distillery operation and the history of Chuckanut Bay Distillery. She was able to field questions from folks in our group with ease, despite some of them already having deep knowledge on the subject. Her energy and humor made the tour fun. And the drinks at the end were delicious. :-) Thank you, Stella!
We had family visiting Bham and took this tour for an activity and it did not disappoint. Nat was friendly, engaging, and generous with her time and energy. She was a delight to spend time with and made the tour educational and even inspiring. She clearly communicated the company’s dedication to place, sustainability and commitment to excellence and community. I highly recommend this product and the tours they offer. With every penny and more.
Did the distillery tour and it was great. Stella was super fun as our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, funny, and made the tour memorable! It was impressive to see such a small distillery put out such an array of delicious spirits. We were able to taste a good variety and they were all good! As locals we don’t usually do stuff like this in town but I’m really glad we did. It was well worth it!
Excellent tour - fun and informative - great samples and time. Nat was an excellent tour guide.
Very yummy alcohol and fun tour, thank you Nat!
These people suck. Don’t really care if their product is any good if you have to hold your nose to enter their vicinity.
First of all, I went with high expectations, excited to find a great drink in this place that seemed very well prepared when it comes to drinks and cocktails. My disappointment was that when I went during Happy Hour around 4 p.m. I ordered an Espresso Martini and my surprise was that half the glass was foam and the other half was an almost brown Espresso Martini. Then I ordered a Coconut Margarita and it turns out that the glass was full of ice, but in such way that with two sips the drink disappeared. I will put some picture so you can see. The bartenders were very sweet but the drinks nothing to do with a place that is proud of their drinks. Not coming back again.
Great tour! Nat was fun and informative. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful establishment, wonderful service.
Amazing every single time. Great staff!
Great food and paint date. Beautiful historical building.
This was a great tour! Kari was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming and we left with a far better understanding about the history of the distillery and the process that creates our favorite spirits.
God drinks and a super fun tour.
