Here is the deal, the food is worth it. Get past the service. Unless it has changed, its take out only. Probably for the best.I really enjoy the spicy items on the menu.Spicy Chicken is my favorite item.
Best Chinese food in Bellingham, hands down. Sue and Frank are so professional and always make delicious food. Get the Chinese Greens (bok choy and garlic dish) and the salt & pepper tofu. Best. Combo. Ever. Thank you Dragon River!

Note: No Dining InsideThe food was really good - I was surprised to find my favorite dish, Sichuan style fish, here so I was very excited to get it! The lady who works here is very friendly and nice. There is a nice waiting area inside to wait for your food as well. Pricing is fairly good/cheap sided.
