The last few times I have gone to crusin I have gotten the cool coffee cream but it barely has any flavor like tastes more like milk then anything and it doesn't look the way it use to.....did something change?

I loved my drink I got cool coffee cloud 24 oz with whipped cream and raspberry white chocolate scone my friend got 20 oz mocha milkshake with raspberry and carmel drizzle he did not like his drink at all not only because it was super duper expensive just for 2 drinks and 1 scone it was $38 not including the tip!!! It was completely outrageous and ridiculous how overly expensive it was for what very little we purchased

Disappointed, I order the same thing every time. A 20 oz green tea with honey and a couple of ice cubes. Had a gal that I’ve never seen before, ordered the same thing. When I received my drink, it felt a lot hotter than usual. I confirmed that there was ice in there and she responded with ‘Yeah, like 10 cubes’. When I hesitantly tried it, not surprisingly, I burned my tongue. I went back and politely let them know, and asked for just a couple of more ice cubes. They dumped so much ice in it that it was luke warm. I’ve been a barista for 14 years- putting a couple of ice cubes into a drink to make it drinkable but still warm shouldn’t be this tough. The lack of customer service and how this was handled was disappointing. You guys have made your point, I’ll be finding a new coffee shop by work now.

The Cordata location is the worst of the cruisin locations. The team has no sense of customer service, and definitely need to work on their orders. My drinks are rarely edible, and one of the lady's made my drink wrong and refused to correct it, while being rude and condescending.
Typical coffee stand. The baristas were nice. The price is reasonable. The hours are not the best if you like coffee in the evenings.

Kind of annoyed bc they picked the tip amount for me without giving me a chance to do it myself. When i asked the girl about it she got nervous and gave me the itemized receipt and not the payment receipt that came out of the machine. Not very demure of them

Worst coffee ever and my pastry had mold The staff was amazing and friendly but I guess I was there when “management” was there. They were so disrespectful and rude to their staff. I will never return. I don’t get how they have stayed open for this long.

Nice people, beautiful location. Barista put whip on the wrong drink, but drinks were still really good.
I usually have good encounters and every other location but the one by the bus station has some of the rudest people, but today I went to get a lotus and they had said their lotus machine was broken… and I’m sorry but unless your hands are broken you are fully capable of making a lotus. Then instead of lotus asked for a flavored rebull and they gave me a can of redbull. Every other location does such a good job disappointed in how lazy people are becoming.

Always has friendly staff with a happy vibe, my favorite place to get coffee. Lots of trees around which give the location a nice vibe. They charge for pup cups unlike other coffee shops but they give like a whole cup of whip cream, which is definitely to much, but its a fun treat for my Golden every once and awhile.
Dietary restrictions: My Mother can’t have dairy and they have dairy free options for coffee that she seems to like a lot, her favorite is the aloha mocha with coconut milk.
