As someone from New Mexico, I was blown away by Dora's food. The flavors took me straight back to my roots—every bite reminded me of my grandma’s cooking. I almost felt like dancing with every bite! The care and authenticity in each dish is something you just don’t find everywhere. If you're anywhere near Bellingham, don’t miss out—this is hands down the best food I’ve tasted since leaving home. Highly recommended! 🌟
The tamales weren’t bad. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due really disheartening customer service. The owner pocket-dialed my mom after my mom picked up her very large and pricey order and left a message trash talking her because my mom told her how excited she was to try the tamales and the owner “didn’t have time to hear that.” My mom was crushed. It was such an unnecessary circumstance.
