I asked for a chai- nog ( half egg nog half chai) and got a drip coffee with egg nog flavoring. Had to drive all the way back from ferndale area to ask for a replacement. Barista refilled it. No we're sorry. Nothing. Barista with dark curly long hair hears about the refill and says in haughty voice "whatever" and walks away. Last time I go to cordata crusin coffee.

Looking for a good cup of coffee, Yelp led us here. It wasn’t the good coffee we were looking for. My wife’s coffee wasn’t very good and the chai I ordered tasted watered down. It tasted as if it was chai mix and water rather than chai mix and milk.

I order from here several times a week and usually it’s great and the baristas are so sweet and they make my coffee to perfection. but recently there’s been this curly haired barista there that is so short and rude with me and also talks so quietly but if you ask them to repeat they raise their voice at you?? and I’ve heard from friends and others too that they’ve experienced similarly from them and it definitely has kept me from tipping recently

Very rude costumer service, not patient with taking a longer order. The barista with curly hair could not hear our order and instead of saying it nicely she yelled that she could not hear us while being far away from the car instead of coming closer to us. Our orders had no taste. Super disappointed that we wasted our money. Will not be going back.

Some of the baristas are nice but most are pretty rude. Also pretty sure none of them know what a toaster is. And they force you to buy certain sizes of drinks, it is entirely possible to put a lotus in a 20 oz cup but they say it's not. They make you buy the 24.
