OH MY DAYS, I ordered 2 cheese burgers, a mini blizzard and 1 cup of water and it was amazing. The meat was so good, almost ordered two more and the ice-cream was great. Staff was lovely and Christian is always nice :)) Will have this food combo again (^^)d

Tried to make an order just for ice cream. And the cashier walked away from me twice. Even after hearing that I was on a time limit. The first time I understand because the till needed change but the 2nd time was uncalled for so I walked out and got upset. Usually I love this place.

We had a mishap with an online order and I called and they offered to send a coupon but the assistant manager had called back an hour after the incident due to some confusion and it turned the whole ordeal around. Both managers that were at this location after 7pm tonight were amazing. Thank you again!

we went for ice cream, and the cashier was rather snappy at us. when she brought us our order, she slammed it on the table.
the order was completely messed up and wrong. (we’ve had this problem multiple times before) when we went to ask for them to fix it, we got attitude. they ‘fixed’ it but it was wrong again. after we were clear on what we wanted. the manager came over and told us “oh she’s new” THAT IS NOT a reason to be rude. the manager then refused to give a refund, but she eventually did. will NOT go to this location again.

Went through drive through and it was the fastest, most efficient I've ever seen and drive through and the food was perfect as well as the blizzards . Very impressive.

Going through their drive through is an absolute chore. I have had issues several times with Christian being rude, incompetent, and messing up my order. I will avoid this location from now on. There are better places to eat with more competent and professional employees.

This used to be my favorite Dairy Queen (2010–2022), but it’s really gone downhill since then. I still appreciate that they hire lots of high school students — it’s a great job for that age group — and their drive-thru team is friendly, efficient, and personable. Prices and consistency are also better than DQs across the border in B.C.

However, they have a sign about the Blizzard flip rule, yet they almost never flip them. Sometimes they even put lids on top, which makes the sign pointless and feels like a cop-out.
Recently, I ordered a pumpkin pie Blizzard with a shot of hot fudge (paid extra) through mobile order. It came with no fudge. I called, and they said they’d remake it. When I came after class, it took nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and the remake still didn’t have fudge. It felt like I was completely ignored.

Unfortunately, I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this location now.

I ordered a snickers blizzard and I paid for extra snickers. There were literally four pieces in it. It was like they purposely didn’t give me any. I ordered through Uber eats too so it’s not like I’m going to drive into town for them to fix it. Also ordered large fries and the containers were barely half full. Waste of money.

Service was friendly but I asked for an Oreo blizzard with fudge. They mixed it in, if I wanted it mixed I would have just got chocolate and Oreo. Just a misunderstanding probably.

I downloaded the app and received a FREE medium shake for my birthday 🎂! I got strawberry with chunks of real Strawberries!!! It was so good! However, they really have an awful dining room.
