Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered a snickers blizzard and I paid for extra snickers. There were literally four pieces in it. It was like they purposely didn’t give me any. I ordered through Uber eats too so it’s not like I’m going to drive into town for them to fix it. Also ordered large fries and the containers were barely half full. Waste of money.

Service was friendly but I asked for an Oreo blizzard with fudge. They mixed it in, if I wanted it mixed I would have just got chocolate and Oreo. Just a misunderstanding probably.

I downloaded the app and received a FREE medium shake for my birthday 🎂! I got strawberry with chunks of real Strawberries!!! It was so good! However, they really have an awful dining room.

Dude I went there to like eat and take a duke but they were closed right and the crackhead out front told me they never lock the back doors so I let myself in. They didn't have any workers so I ate a couple pucks of frozen meat and a couple handfuls of the blizzard toppings.
I then proceeded to take a duke in the sink and not wash my hand. After all that I grabbed fistfuls of ice cream cake and ran out with my new tweaker friend Jamlizz. All in all the service is bad I liked the food and the atmosphere of the empty kitchen was low-key a vibe.

Went to use the kids token for ice cream and got charged for the dilly bar for my son. He can’t have dairy. This is the only one he can have. Never had this issue anywhere else.

Kid-friendliness: Not dairy free for kids. You get charged extra for that. No kid just wants a dilly bar.

Please for the love of god DO NOT order a blizzard if you have any sort of food allergy, the blenders used to blend the blizzards and some of the other drinks are not cleaned between uses and there is major cross contamination. The managers are not great either, they've yelled at or lectured the employees in front of customers and some of the managers are incredibly rude to the customers.

I’ve been coming to Dairy Queen for years and always order chicken basket with chili cheese fries and now magically you wouldn’t let me? It sounds crazy. They said my manager said no so I can’t yet I’ve ordered it regularly for months on end.
Wild won’t be coming back. Ferndale it is since the cordata one is awful service.

I constantly have issues with this store messing up my orders. I understand that it’s a delivery order, but y’all have a job to do and y’all are not doing it. Employees need to start reading the tickets and re-reading your make sure orders are correct!
