Glad to see they have online ordering now. Staff are always friendly, although sometimes slow. Best to pick up your online order in the drive-thru as in-store pick-up isn't easy. This time around, I ordered a 6-piece wing basket and only got 4, so I'm a little miffed at that but they usually get everything right so I can overlook the occasional hiccup. I generally avoid the onion rings too since they're often overcooked, the fries are good enough.

National cup for water and you treat me like I was trying to steal a soda because the water is on the same dispensary as the lemonade an... I accidentally pushed the one for the lemonade and they were trying to say that I was trying to steal

The best Dairy Queen in Whatcom County and Skagit County WA. Fast friendly service. Good food. It's one of the only fast food places to go to. If I want to cheat on my diet their chicken tenders are so good. Plus who can say no to a peanut buster parfait. Helps bring back memories of my youth at the New Jersey shore.Kid-friendliness: What child would every say no to Dairy Queen. Better than MCD'sWheelchair accessibility: Better than most places. Wide doors help. Bringing food to your table is often unheard in the fast food industry.

Bellingham WA: ??‍??️My wife & I come down on the weekends (we're from Canada ?? Eh') to finish building our condo, we always get DQ entering and leaving Bellingham, the food is superb ?..... Unfortunately THAT'S where the compliments end. We received another cars "driver thru" order by mistake (which is understandable as they were backed up ?) Not the end of the world right? Lol. We noticed the mistake once we got over the border. This past weekend when we were back in town at DQ, I mentioned the mixup to store manager from our last visit, even had the receipt in my hand. The manager to care less about the receipt, not even a glance at it. Best immediately decided I was done talking as she abruptly informed me she was sorry about the mistake when it happened, there is nothing she could do. She went on to say store policy has been that way for years in fact. When I asked her, lemme get this straight. Dairy Queens store policy requires you NOT to make a customer whole again, or offer any type of solution when "fault" was 100% that of DQ? When I said I wasn't going to get anywhere as she was misunderstanding the scope of my confusion I said that's okay, I don't need my mail replaced since you've mentioned several times it's store policy ? I would like to get my money back since I paid for a meal I never received and instead was forced to eat somebody else's meal who also has probably the same delimea I'm having right NOW with that manager. So my original meal was not corrected, I she refuse to offer a refund as well.I asked for her name and position as I was leaving she said that she doesn't work at the store she is from another location. So wait a minute?! What just happened?!?!?!?????

Nice enough people, but I asked for a bbq dipping sauce to go with the $12.59 (before tax) meal that I ordered and they wanted to charge me. If I asked for multiple I would understand, but one sauce to dip my fry’s in….

Went through the drive thru, then told to go to the front to wait for our order, after 15mins, we went inside to check on our order. They seemed confused and realized our order was bumped. They told us our food wasn't ready and to keep waiting, even though there were burgers and fries coming out for other orders. it took another 10 minutes to get our food. we had two little kids, crying in the backseat while waiting. We also saw other customers waiting outside for food after us, receive their food before us. We understood it was Saturday at lunchtime and they were busy; however, there was no sincere customer service, no rectification of the long wait, only excuses. It would have been nice to hear "We are so sorry. That shouldn't have happened. We know your time is valuable. We will prioritize your order, we will get it out to you ASAP, we can give you your money back or even here's a coupon for the future for your troubles or here's some extra fries." Something, anything would have sufficed. Instead the woman bringing out the food to everyone else kept avoiding eye contact and would walk away fast when we would try to explain our situation. If you are at this DQ and are told to wait out front, either refuse or be on top of them bringing out your order or you could be forgotten like us.

I got a SICKENINGLY overpriced large Blizzard, at over $7.00 for the one, I could hardly believe it. The ice cream was decent but not worth the price tag.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to park without a far walk to the restaurant. I never see the lot too full.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessibility available.
