My wife and I just moved to Bellingham and El Agave was our first stop. Exceptional food tastes scratch made and large portions. My wife had a taco and tostada combo platter and I had the tri-color enchiladas with cream, mole, and verde sauces, all amazing. Great margarita and beer list. They treat you like family here making us feel welcome, recommending activities to do in the area. Try the churros for dessert!

I stopped by El Agave in Bellingham during a motorcycle ride from Vancouver, BC, and I’m so glad I did! The burrito was fresh, juicy, and packed with delicious filling, topped with a fantastic sauce and guacamole. The complimentary tortilla chips and salsa were a great bonus, and the Jarritos lime soda paired perfectly with the meal. If you’re looking for a satisfying Mexican meal in Bellingham, I’d definitely recommend checking this place out 😎👌

They are the nicest, most welcoming, perfect hosts I think of any restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Just 10/10 hospitality. Food is always hot and fast, consistent between visits. The margarita is good and a decent price.
