Delicious hole in the wall, we have gone multiple times and are usually the only customers at the time, which is wild considering how good the food is!

What a great find! We live an hour away, and try to find a new place to try when we’re in Bellingham. This was a little off the intended path but so worth it! Go support this small local family-owned business. Lovely family, with food very evidently made with love.

10 out of 10 recommend. We really enjoyed the enchiladas de pollo, and were very surprised by how much we liked the beet topping with the chicken. The Papusas and service were also top notch.

The meal I had at El Mana was delicious; I haven't eaten Honduran or Guatemalan food before this and I was delightfully surprised at the seasonings and flavors, which were so tasty. I ordered the Pollo Asado which was grilled chicken and rice, fantastic flavored beans, great homemade tortillas and even some type of soft white cheese on the side, and fried plantains (sorta tasted like squash). I loved having this enjoyable meal. And the people working were really nice.

I had never had a pupusa. It was very good. I love the flavor. The price was crazy cheap for what you get! I would definitely recommend. My BF had the chicken sandwich and really liked it. I like the salad you get with it, it is cabbage, vinegar, spices, tomato, onion, maybe cilantro and more. I went because I love Colombian food from where I live in Oregon.
