The Food was amazing! Very fast service and nice workers. Definitely recommend coming here for a lunch or dinner. Big soup portions!
We went to What A Pho in Bellingham to try Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese crepe, which is not always served in Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant is small and not attractive from outside but with many nice pictures/posters inside and out. The staff were pleasant and the menu was easy to use. We had Banh Xeo and Bun Bo Hue which were good. The Banh Xeo dish had two crepes which is unusual and was served with fresh vegetables garnish. The crepes were a little greasy but tasted good....read full review
