“We went to What A Pho in Bellingham to try Banh Xeo, a Vietnamese crepe, which is not always served in Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant is small and not attractive from outside but with many nice pictures/posters inside and out. The staff were pleasant and the menu was easy to use. We had Banh Xeo and Bun Bo Hue which were good. The Banh Xeo dish had two crepes which is unusual and was served with fresh vegetables garnish. The crepes were a little greasy but tasted good. The bun Bo hue was very good with lots of different meats and reasonable heat. Service was quick and pleasant. Prices were fair and they appeared to do considerable take out. We went at noon and were the only customers eating in when we arrived.“

Everything they do is spectacular and I wish this business the very best.
