This food truck is a hidden gem. The service is amazing, quick, and extremely kind. The food is fresh, hot, and better than expected. One of the best in Bellingham. The chicken tenders were juicer than any chicken had. The burgers are fantastic. Tried the Marshall Mathers, the Mac Miller, and the Ludacrispy with Kanye fries. Every single thing was delicious. The Mac Miller was loaded with lots of awesome Mac & Cheese. The main attraction is the mac n cheese. All ingredients seemed very fresh, with fresh jalapeños as an absolute treat. Fast friendly service and a clean eating area. A bit hard to find the first time as it is in a food truck in a parking lot next to Kulshan Brewery. A must try. Will definitely be back.
