My family and I have been enjoying the cuisine here for a number of years. I have, by now, enjoyed every dish they have to offer more than a few times. I have never been dissappointed with the quality of food. The portions are great and the service is even greater. Special mention to Jaime who remembers exactly how you want your food done. Keep it up!
The restaurant was full, so I expected to have a great meal. First, we got chips and salsa. The chips were good, but the salsa was very watery and didn’t have a good taste or any heat. The food was delivered quickly. We ordered salsa verde with pork and a burrito with enchiladas. The salsa verde came with a not-so-fresh salad: sour shredded lettuce and sour tomatoes. The beans were very runny, and the dish lacked any flavor. The other dish was a little better but still lacked...
El Rinconcito is the absolute best Mexican restaurant in Bellingham. I have been dining there for over 20 years and the food and service can't be beat. The freshness of their food is wonderful and delicious! Thank you Louis and staff for always serving me salsa without Cilantro, remembering that I don't like it at all. As another poster mentioned you really are like family, gracias!
