The al Pastor meat was ok. I was a little disappointed for the lack of flavor, was just bland, I added 2 green salsas and still barely made a difference. Being Hispanic people in Bellingham always ask me which is a great place to eat. This is not it. I barely got greeted even though we are the same nationality. Still looking for a better place other than at home, my wife is a great cook but she started working again so I don't want to impose. Common people let's step it up, I don't want to bring my own food truck and show you how is done.

Absolutely Spectacular Mexican Food Truck!!! The service is fast and friendly. The food is amazing! There is a nice covered area with picnic tables and I definitely recommend this place! Ask the guy behind the counter what’s good, you will not be disappointed!

Best Taco truck

I’ve only ordered the supreme burrito from here and it’s great!

Cons: I’ve ordered online three times now and each time they have forgotten to add the extras (that you need to pay extra for)

Just a truck out by the industrial area. No problem with that. The burrito was excellent. The communication was tricky. I couldn’t speak the language and their English was just enough for me to order. Either way me and my family got what we wanted. I would like to try their other locations for consistency.

The food was so delicious! The portions were great for the price and the quality was exceptional. I generally get an upset stomach from tacos and it is a something I just deal with cause I love them so much, but I honestly felt great after I ate here. I couldn't believe it. I was incredibly surprised. I will be a repeat customer and recommend this place over and over. I didn't even get heart burn and I practically live with chronic heart burn. I already want to go back!
