I had 3 birria tacos. $15 for 3 tacos is a little steep, but well worth it. Some of the best I have had, and the first time I had birria was in Puerta Vallerta. The tacos are loaded with meat, but hold together. There is a little crunch of the onion, and just enough cheese. The broth to dip in is rich and full of flavor. You get both green and red sauce, normally I choose green, but this needs the red. It brings out the flavor. This is the same kind of meal you would get at a fine restaurant, top notch.

The positive I would say is that it has a good location. It's a good place to eat by yourself comfortably. I ordered the Gordia Quesadilla with Chicken. It cost me $17 for my food including a $2 tip as it's a mandatory fee. I waited 10 minutes for my food and when I got it, it was 1 quesadilla cut in half. I ate it and it didn't taste neither good or bad. After I eat it I was still hungry. Don't go here it is a scam.

Wow, amazing! I was stopping in on my way to Seattle. I ordered three quesitaco with Al pastor and a side of chips and guacamole. I was confused with the difference between quesibirria and quesitaco and got one quesibirria to try. Flavour is amazing - seriously some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The tacos themselves are quite big compared to most taco truck tacos. The value of taste and size are well worth the price. I ended up eating all four tacos because it was so tasty I couldn’t stop but two would definitely suffice. ?
Next, the guacamole and chips. So good!! The guacamole is fresh and buttery. Paired with fresh chips is amazing.
The woman who helped me was very patient amidst my confusion and so helpful. Lots of tables to sit and enjoy. Thank you very much. I will definitely come back.

This place is a gem. I had two birria tacos and they were utterly delicious. We had pulled off the I-5 to grab fast food on our way through town and I happened to see this across the street. It was such great food, for slightly less than my family paid at the fast food joint they went to. If you are driving through on your way somewhere else, like Seattle or Vancouver, take the Samich exit, the southernmost one inside the city limits. It is in the back of the Urban Market parking lot. Such good tacos! These are hard to get in Vancouver and I am considering driving down just to eat there again.
Excellent food! Tortillas on tacos were friend - yummy! I am allergic to tomatoes- they gladly accommodated and made me a carbs bowl with the toppings from the tacos instead of pico. Love the picnic tables under the tree to eat. Thank you!

Everything was great! Atmosphere? Really? It's a parking lot food truck. I don't go to food trucks for "Atmosphere," so I can't lower the star average for that. We go to destination food trucks like this for the absolutely incredible food and unheard of value. Thanks again for another wonderful meal for two, disguised as one Mucha Lucha Burrito.
