I love the relaxed atmosphere of this commons.
The breakfast omlet is delicious, and the all-you-can-make waffles are amazing───you can top them with as much cream, berry sauce, and maple syrup as you want!

It's an okay place to eat at WWU, definitely not my favorite but if you're dying of starvation you should check it out

Food was okay, but the staff were rude. I went to grab a piece and accidentally placed my finger on the slice I was going to eat, and the employee yelled at me in front of all the other students, clearly embarrassing me in front of everyone. The employee could’ve been quieter and been personal. I’ve never felt so embarrassed at Western. Do better.

I liked the buffet style all you can eat dining during my visit it was a calming atmosphere even though there were lots of people and the food seemed very good and high quality for how much there was. I imagine I might get tired of it if I actually went to WWU but as a visitor it was very nice, I'm not sure how much it would be to eat there without a guest pass though.
Dietary restrictions: They advertised they would have alternative milks but they only had Rice milk and a low-fat milk and as someone very picky about my milk I was a bit frustrated.

They sent out an email saying they were going to do better. That was a lie, this place went back too the poor service that we have had all year right after the start if the spring quarter. The food is made terribly, if there even is any cuase they make so little. I understand its not the workers its the buisness that western went to after the previous contract for dinning servises ran out at the end of the 2023 academic year. On top of that everytime i go in around 8 they are doing closing stuff and putting up chairs and pulling back the options they offer, so the only thing left is to make a sandwhich or wait for a worker to make something from the made to order section and if you do that the wait times can get so bad some people just leave before they get their food. Is it hard to just have a tub of chicken strips and fries 2 hours before yall close?

Absolute slop
Yeah, they don't even serve any food half the time. Like, I'm actually out here eating tablescraps.

Salads can be pretty good since they are grown in the Outback

Quality falls a bit short in comparison to the other on-campus dining halls.
Cons: When options run out, they often aren't re-stocked. The workers always seemed over-worked and not too happy about it.
Pros: Lots of veggie options. Creative desserts. Solid playlist rotation.

Do I really have to explain.
Fairhaven food is fair.
