We have tried a lot of vegan cheeseburgers - New Public is easily the best we have had! and those Carne Asada Fries - oh my! Went twice in 2 days. Can't wait to return.

Fantastic burger! Side salad was fresh and delicious and worth the upgrade. Got my order in before the rush and it was ready in no time. I love that there are so many options and I can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

The food truck puts out some outstanding vegan food. Their seitan is one of the best, and the cheesy sauce is addictive. Customers have tried a lot of vegan cheeseburgers and say New Public is easily the best. The Carne Asada Fries are also a favorite. While they no longer offer the French Dip, they are offering a Thanksgiving pick-up meal. Customers are never disappointed with the Sammies, and the traditional cheesesteak and Buffalo cheesesteak are amazing. The tacos are also excellent.
