This is one of the best burgers ive had in a long time. The quality of the ingredients was great! The bun, the meat, the veggies. All of it was fresh & had great flavor!!

So I would love to tell you this is just bad, but this is not that story. You know the tale girl orders late night doordash while gaming.Order goes everyone's happy till 109 am 1/7 26 when driver says store closed. DOORDASH SAYS NO THE STORE IS WAITING WITH FOOD WE WILL SEND ANOTHER DRIVER. WE DO THIS DANCE A TOTAL OF THREE TIMES BEFORE THE DASHER HAS IT CANCELLED. Now its 1040 am and I'm asked who ate my fried oreos and I'm like they never got delivered. So I reorder at 1052 am 1135 food arrives we go to dig in and the food is oddly cold, but that can't be right they should be hotsince they just opened.Everything is cold (Mozzarella sticks mac cheese fries chicken BBQ sandwich)or not cold enough (shake lukewarm no froth has darkened and lost shake texture). And the dipping sauces are room temp. Marinara probably ok, but ranch that's a choice. All this to say they delivered last nights order almost 12 hours later with no cause or concern for how to fix issue so your next food poisoning could be from here. I'm sick so good luck with that.
P.s. The owner responded to post: The whole we're glad you got to speak to the manager had no resolution. He offered nothing and I need all of you to understand a gift card to try again at a later date might of been an option, but what I asked for was that he make sure this never happened again to anyone so I hope he took that seriously though honestly he didnt say very much and didnt seem too concerned. I have a food handler license for OR and I know anything after 3 hours should be tossed so why were they saving it. For funsies; how about just throwing all the food out before you leave and not leaving it on the shelf overnight.

Philly cheesesteak and the cheese fries hit the spot! My family of 3 shared 2 full sized Philly's and a regular order of cheese fries and took home leftovers! Service was good as it was steady with customers.

I ordered the 5 deep fried ideas and they only gave me 4, also forgot my ranch not great service for what they charge.

We just ordered through Uber Eats for a burger, fries, onion rings, 2 shakes, and an Andy's Sandwich. They left a note on the box that they were out of onion rings so they gave us fries instead. My Andy's Sandwich was just fries and 1 pickle. When I called up the store, the guy sounded irritated that I explained that it was just basically fries in the sandwich and he offered $5 off on the next order or free Oreo bites. I was silent thinking why would I want to order this again?? We didn't pay $50 dollars for like 3 pounds of French fries.

I arrived at 11:20 I ordered my food at 11:23 pm I understand they were busy I expected a wait for my food ten minutes later more people came and order they got there food Earlier still waiting I got my food at 12:03 pm already I’m half ways to my house I look in the bag they got nothing right on my order I come back ask them I got the wrong order they tell me I have to wait a nother 10 minutes for my order or a refund idk y I can’t get a refund and get my order right I’ve been waiting for my food for a long time already if I don’t take the refund and get the food I still waisted 45 ish minutes later already I will not return back to fat shack waisted my time

I was kicked out an hour before they close for no reason. I just walked in and was kicked out, was given no reason. Wasnt even able to order. Very annoyed.

I’d rate the food but I couldn’t even eat any. Their store hours are open until 1 AM, but they told us to leave because they close soon despite us coming in an hour before they close. Idk what employees you guys hired but maybe you’d be interested in finding some people who keep open properly. Multiple people came by to get food and I had to tell them in the parking lot to not waste their time.

Please answer the phone, your online ordering options aren't good enough. For instance i want a HAMBURGER no cheese and there is not option for that.

aside from that, stay away from the onion rings, too much breading and dry as can be. wings are good about industry standard.

Everything was perfect and really good for fast food. Was hesitant to go because of the low reviews but it was right next to where my husband got his hair cut. This will be a regular stop for us. Yes it kind of looks like a hole in the wall but man it was good. Philly was 11/10 never had anything close to it on the west coast before. Burger was cooked perfectly. Side note you guys should play some music in there it was so quiet
