Bryson Filipino is a wonderful addition to our restaurant community in Bellingham! He catered our son's wedding last summer and everyone raved about the food. in fact the 1st people were wanting seconds before the last folks got through the line! Came in tonight and had the salmon, as I told Bry who was behind the bar running the show, it was better than a significantly more expensive salmon dish at a much higher end restaurant here in the county. Wasn't even close, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and I mean perfectly, melted in my mouth with tons of flavor I was not expecting and the squash was amazing as well. Only prior experience with the restaurants food was at the Blaine 4th of July parade food truck but the main course sampler they offered for that event was incredible and I had to come in for the sit-down experience. Restaurant was busy and the atmosphere was great, cannot recommend this place enough.
My only request is to put that food truck sampler platter of main dishes on the menu for like $39 or something like that in portions a couple or 3 people could share and it would fly out the door!

We ordered the smoked coconut chicken and the vegan 'beef tip' adobo. WOW! Both were fantastic - this may have been the best vegan food we've every had! Even after traveling to-go the lumpia were crisp (and delicious). Ube cake was the perfect finish. HIGHLY recommended!

Got the combo bowl, was $18, tasted delicious, loaded with meat. much higher meat ratio than other places. can't wait to come back

Amazing food. We had the chicken with smoked coconut and rice and pork adobo. Big portions. Comes with pancit, rice and Brussels sprouts. I love Filipino food but Brys is hands down the best.

After a long day of studying I took the bus home expecting to get hit with the usual doo doo smell right off the bus, but today I got greeted with the smell of Lumpia Luv and I just could not hold myself from ordering something. Lemme tell you, the food is amazing, after my first bite I literally told all my friends about them. So if you can't tell, I think Lumpia Luv is ridiculously good and if you're deciding on whether or not you should try it, consider your decision made for you and most likely I'll see you in line.

Lumpia Luv is delicious!!! Our group shared pork lumpia and chicken wings yesterday with our beer at Trackside and the food was so tasty! Love this truck and the folks that own it are so unbelievably nice ? ? ?
