Been trying to go here for the last month. The phone message, when and IF it picks up, has a message that says "we are closed for renovations, will open again on October 1st." Of course, it is now October 16th and as we discovered when we drove there, it is still closed for renovations! Update your message please.

Visited post-COVID, so dining room was unavailable. I can’t fairly provide insight about it, but when picking up our food, it was quaint and seemed a happy place to be. Sushi was AMAZING, and portion sizes were excellent. I’m hooked.

So delicious! We had a friend recommend this place and we are so happy we tried it! Our family loves Ramen and Sushi and this might be our new favorite spot! The Sushi is so flavorful and fresh, and the broth from the tonkotsu ramen was AMAZING! It’s all about the broth! Thank you Fujisan Sushi, we will be back!

Take out only sushi?? People still doing that weird covid stuff? This place never figured out it was a lie. ? That's so 3 years ago guys. They had plenty of staff to support the seating area. I left, won't even try this place because of whatever mental stuff they got going on.

We had an avocado roll and veggie roll with spicy edamame. For a basic roll, they are good and perfectly made. The spicy edamame had spice mix sprinkled on it versus a spicy sauce. Spice level was mild.

Having been to Japan, this is some of the freshest sushi I’ve had around Washington. I love the staff, the food and the annual family trips they take to go home each year seem to make them so refreshed/happy. Very worth your time and money. I’m always looking forward to my next trip in.
Hands down the best sushi in the area! So fresh! I usually get the nigiri and rolls, but wow the ramen is insanely delicious too! It’s super easy to order online and they’re always on time for pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

For Bellingham, they have great sushi for the price. Their staff is so wonderful. The sushi we get tastes fresh and is well crafted.
