Legitimately amazing cocktails here, it's really a gem of Bellingham. The menu changes throughout the year, so there's always new things to try. They even have non-alcoholic options! If you're a fan of the classics or want to try something new, this is the place for both! I also personally love the atmosphere here so much.
Had the best, fall-themed Hot Toddy ever with infused orange/cinnamon bourbon. Highly recommend! The waitress we had was friendly and shared the recipe so we could try and make it back home when we weren’t visiting Bellingham, but we love having a reason to come back and enjoy Galloway’s!
My sister and I went to Galloways to get a complimentary glass of happy hour house wine as part of our stay at Fairhaven Village Inn (next door/connected through the front lobby) and we ended up ordering appetizers (the Inn gave us a $10 off coupon to use at Galloways) . We tried the Hummus Plate and the Artichoke, Parmesan & Jalapeño Stuffed Portabella and both were delicious. I thought at first I could have used more bread for the mushroom mixture but there were plenty...
