Holly's Meat Pies

Just heads up that they only provide the veggie pies frozen to take home and heat yourself later. They couldn't provide me a hot pie (unless I waited 30min for them to heat it in their oven, which they did offer to do), so unfortunately I had to leave without trying it.

Had my fist meat pie from Holley’s Meat Pies today. By far the best chicken and beef pies I have ever had! So tasty. Then I shared the cherry pie wow what a delicious pies. They all was definitely worth going back for some more soon.

The quality of the food is excellent and the crust is flaky and great! My only issue is two meat pies the size of a empenada for over $30.00? Seems like too much money for about the charge of a large pizza pie for the size of what only two pieces of pizza in size and comparison is. Just not enough food for the cost.

Got a beef pie and a chicken pot pie. All great. I wanted to try the beef stew one but they didn’t have it for a heat and eat right now so I went with the other beef one. Didn’t disappoint but now I wish I got the beef stew one as a frozen one for later. Next time I will be loading up lol.

They usually have a few hot and ready options for a quick lunch and they are SO delicious. The staff are also super awesome 🤩

This places is Tops!
I tried a chicken pot pie first, ooo Amazing! All of the flavors are Best Friends in this one! Yum!
Then I tried the pork empanada one, kicky and flavor pow, like tasting Batman fighting noises, action and delicious!
Then I tried the beef one, oh man, oh man, like being in a bite of romanticized Victorian England classic tasty! Love it!
Then, I tried the apple turnover and it was better than gramma's!
Thank you!!! You made my Entire day! ??

I know this is a shameless plug, but I just finished eating a beef meat pie from Holly's, and I have to write this: I just found Holly's Meat Pies and had my first pie from them. I can't say enough about how delicious my pasty was!!!! Thank YOU! 🙏🏻 The crust is absolute perfection – not too dry, not oily. Perfectly cooked. The pie stayed hot even though I drove home. Wow! I got the beef, and the filling was perfect. The balance of the spices, herbs, the quality of the meat, the vegetables and the onion was superior and absolutely perfectly balanced. This lady has skills!! The taste is wonderful. Holly gave me samples of Ty's Barbecue Sauce and Pasty Sauce !!! Yummmmm! I tested the barbecue sauce because I couldn't resist – I'll be back for at least one bottle and it won't last long. And the pasty sauce was fantastic. I'm buying a bottle. I had never heard of putting any kind of sauce on my pasty, but I'll put this on it! The thing about the pasty is it's so good without the sauce, but it's great with the sauce, too. I alternated bites lol. 😆 Since the pasty is neither dry nor greasy, it stands on its own so perfectly that I couldn't imagine putting the sauce on it – until I tried! It kicks the flavor up a notch. I bought a frozen Chicken pie for later, and I "liberated" several menus - this is going to become a habit!!!! Can't wait to try the Vegan pie (🥧 mushrooms!!), and the lamb pie and the entire menu! Feels like I found a culinary goldmine that's right up my alley. I feel so lucky that this is in Bellingham, and that I don't live too far from it because I will be a frequent visitor. And they are so friendly- great, wholesome, quick, affordable food!! What's not to love?! 💕 I also want to say hello to Holly and to Andrea who I met today and who were so friendly & knowledgeable. Smart women getting it done!! ✅ They answered every question I had. If you haven't tried this place, you've got to go and try it. This is the ultimate easy portable health food! Great with soup 🥣, salad 🥗 and Bordeaux!! My belly is happy 😊! What a therapeutic experience!!

Customer service is always amazing and I CANT stop going! To be able to get one hot or frozen is spectacular!

Was sad to see that this restaurant is gone… until realizing they’ve just relocated.

Not only does this place have incredible artisan Cornish Pasties, it is a locally-sourced staple of Bellingham.

The owner & team is amazing and truly passionate for baking/serving the community, premium ingredients and incredibly reasonable price with top notch facility/service. I would recommend this place to anyone, their sauce is equally amazing to their baked goods and adds so much flavor and just the right amount of complexity to the food. I wish I lived closer or that they shipped online.

Holly has unlocked the secret of Great tasting pastry dough. This crust is craveable. It reminds me of another award winning crust created by the Grand Travis Pie company.
These hand pies filled with locally sourced high-grade premium meats, veggies, and fruits are a must have everytime I'm near Bellingham, WA.
