My Mom is a Bellingham resident and recently brought down some of Holly's pies to try when she visited. Wowza! The Italian was delicious but what really surprised me was the chicken pot pie- I may have bad memories from microwaved chicken pot pies as a kid, but Holly's have taken care of that! The dough is great- buttery, flaky, but still holds everything well. Plus, the ease of preparing is the proverbial icing on the cake.
This is a hidden gem in Bellingham. I was driving by and a small sign caught my eye. So, I stopped in and picked up my first meat pies from Holly’s. One frozen beef and one chicken. But, since I had not had lunch yet, I also got a hot one to eat now. It was delicious and they provided two kinds of sauce to go with it. No seating so I enjoyed it in my car. It was very satisfying. Looking forward to cooking them for dinner one night soon.
Really enjoyed the flavor and their higher end sauces (which weren't needed but very nice). Friendly owner worked with us to offer heated versions for next day lunch at a conference. Beautifully made and would definitely take these home
