This is a hidden gem in Bellingham. I was driving by and a small sign caught my eye. So, I stopped in and picked up my first meat pies from Holly’s. One frozen beef and one chicken. But, since I had not had lunch yet, I also got a hot one to eat now. It was delicious and they provided two kinds of sauce to go with it. No seating so I enjoyed it in my car. It was very satisfying. Looking forward to cooking them for dinner one night soon.
Really enjoyed the flavor and their higher end sauces (which weren't needed but very nice). Friendly owner worked with us to offer heated versions for next day lunch at a conference. Beautifully made and would definitely take these home
Holly and her crew are all hidden treasures! My dad, brother and I talked with them all for at least 30 minutes. Very pleasant to talk to. She even took my brother back and showed him how she makes her pies!
