It's a nice little spot with okay food, but great coffee and very nice employees!

My one favourite treat that I like when I come to the airport and fly out to Oakland and the two that were on staff today did a terrible job. They ruined my dirty chai tea. Nov 7-25.

I come home to Bellingham every so often and the last two times a gal named Liz is behind the counter doing her thing! What an absolute pro. The hustle, the courtesy, the quality drinks-- Liz not only handles it, she does so with an incredible attitude. They are lucky to have her. I am not one to write reviews but this is the second time in two months I have had this experience and it deserves to be highlighted. Liz for employee of the year! Or maybe she owns the place, who knows!

the negative reviews are shocking to me! i’ve never had a bad experience here! the coffee is better than you would expect for an airport (highly recommend the chai) and the staff is incredibly friendly and kind. if it weren’t in the airport i would absolutely frequent this place!

Picked up some small snacks and a turkey and havarti croissant. The snacks were a bit pricey but I don't expect less in an airport, and the sandwich was really good. Friendly staff, small little area for the storefront.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been here twice in two months and staff were friendly both times. I had a drip coffee and Americano. I recommend the espresso drinks over the drip coffee. Selection isn't spectacular, but OK for a tiny airport. TIP: They have a microwave at the checkout where the staff can heat your sandwich.

Barrista was extremely rude for no reason! A lady in front of me changed her mind last minute on her choices, and barrista ever so loudly asked her at least 3 times if it was her final answer with the last one asking her “final answer, yes or no”. Unnecessary rudeness! Then when it was my turn, I moved the card reader to face me so when the amount pops up, all i gotta do was put my card in. Again, ever so loudly, barrista snatched the card reader to face her then said “THIS is here for a reason. Because it’s not done ringing you up”. In the end, she had to put the total amount in the card reader which she still could’ve done 2 inches away from where it was. It’s hilarious.? Geezus! It’s not that serious! The rudeness was unnecessary.

Airport coffee shops are integral to the functioning of modern society. At a small airport where there’s only one option, they often get away with mediocrity, because they can. HOWEVER, Halibut Henry’s in BLI does not settle for less than excellence. Their coffee is great, and their service is top notch. Sure, there aren’t any extra frills, but it’s also not overpriced even though it could be. I love that they sell used books as well! Thank you for your service, Halibut Henry.
Great service with a positive attitude. Always a pleasure to get coffee here.
Tiny and crowded. Decent selection of snacks but grossly overpriced.
We fly to BLI at least quarterly and usually get a cup of coffee, sometimes a pastry. Service is usually polite if not friendly and coffee decent. However, this past weekend, the young lady was super polite and friendly and the freshly made coffee was delicious! 5 stars this visit, 3 other times. Average is 4. I am glad they are here! It makes the usually short wait for our ride much more pleasant. Thank you!
Overpriced bottled drinks and packaged snacks because they can, not because they have to.
