Sadly this restaurant, one that set a new bar for dining in Bellingham, has closed. HN advanced the farm-to-table, and sea-to-table, to places not seen here before.

This place is closing so reviews matter little any more. But we wanted to check the spot out before it shut its doors.

Great for a birthday or a celebration, as it is pricey, but the food and service is top-notch! They cater to everyone's dietary needs and will alter the menu items if necessary! The food is incredible, the flavor, presentation, and craftsmanship of the whole menu is one of the best in Bellingham. Their cocktails are also delicious and well-crafted. The atmosphere is unmatched, you feel like you're getting a 5-star dining experience

The Cesar salad was very good, small plate rabbit leg was delicious, duck breast was very tasty.

Really impressed by their new menu. Got the mushroom tart and the schnitzel - super tasty. Love the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and kitchen creativity. Kudos to Tim S. and his top-shelf staff.

The restaurant has been through several different chefs in their time here and it had been about 2 years since we last ate here. My wife and I went last night and everything was great. The service was perfect, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We shared the Dungeness crab and salmon pate appetizer. It was really tasty, lumps of crab meat, claw and body in a dill mayo. The salmon pate was also good, slightly smoked and a generous portion. My wife had the black cod which was fabulous. I had nettle pasta topped with duck confit, shaved fresh asparagus and caramelized spring onions. Both mains were perfectly cooked and incorporated local fresh spring vegetables in the dish. The restaurant makes its own pasta in house and it was well worth ordering. I think the restaurant is really hitting on all cylinders right now and look forward to going again soon. A shared appetizer, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine was about $90 before tip, but I thought it was very good value for what we paid.

We had a great experience. Was a celebration meal for my wife and I. The food was amazing, the staff was perfect and the cocktails delicious. We had a hazelnut cookie with bread ice cream for dessert, a must try! (yes, I said bread ice cream) Everything locally sourced.

Hundred North is absolutely the best place for delicious food and delicious drinks in Bellingham. So many Bellingham restaurants are soulless, but eating and drinking at this restaurant feels like you are participating in something special. Their food is thoughtful and fresh. I come here often because every time I do, I try something that is unlike anything I have tasted before. I hope they're around for a long time.

The food here is pretty good. I've sampled many of the items on the menu - one of my favorites is the meatballs. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is because the last couple of times I've been there, the food has been so salty that my stomach hurt for day afterwards. All in all, the space is adorable, beverage selection is great and the menu changes often. I just recommend asking them to go easy on the salt.

Hundred North has Great food and are great supporters of local farmers. You can eat good and feel good. If you have not been yet you are missing out.

Came in for a quick bite before a show at the Mount Baker. We were greeted immediately. We were seated shortly after that. When we explained to the waiter our time constraint he quickly showed us what the kitchen could prepare quickly and what to stay away from. Our food was wonderful! The menu changes with the season and what they can get locally that is fresh. A great experience! We were out in time to make the show and we felt like while we dined quickly, we dined well. We will be back.

Stopped by for my first visit last night. Great food and for someone who enjoys bourbon the selection is superb. Thank you to the owner for taking a few minutes to make sure our experience was up to expectations. A return visit is a must.

Really enjoyed the Wednesday Pot and Pour special, which offered a delicious pot roast with potatoes, carrots and rich tomatoes, topped with a puff pastry. Nice selection of pours; house wines, any beer on tap or non alcoholic drinks included. Excellent food and a great price for $25.

So glad I finally decided to try Hundred North! Service was fantastic and the food was great. The decor was nice and I enjoyed the old pictures of Bellingham on the wall. They also make a strong drink. The dinner crowd pick up as the night went along and the bar seemed to be popular too. The beatnik mule was my favorite drink. We ordered the beef kabobs, pot roast, rabbit gnocchi and carrot cake for dessert. Every bite was eaten. Can't wait to go back and see what is on the menu next time.
