Okay, so it's an IHOP so menu is consistent with the brand...the customer service at this location was excellent, and the food was served promptly. The restaurant is clean and we had a great experience here while visiting family in Bellingham.

The omelette was great—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The pancake, however, was a bit soggy and not as good as I expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall.

It was super busy. Our order got erased (digitally) but they brought coffee and biscuits as a we were starving. They got us a new order, were very polite and helpful. Ov erwhelmed with business but even covered our entire bill. So, they did it gracefully. We had not come to IHOP in awhile but we will go back for sure!

I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. It was totally worth the wait. I had a bacon temptation omelet that was fantastic. The hash browns were crispy. Coffee is okay but its never strong enough for me. Service was really good!

IHOPs are supposed to be open until 10. This one says 9pm online but the doors say 8pm. We drove 40 mins for the lights to get shut off as soon as we pulled in.

Decent pancakes but for a Togo order I paid 5.50 extra for whipped cream and icing for my pancakes and I got 2 tiny little ramekins that have barely anything in them, rip off. Anything extra will cost you dearly, if you want toppings you have to order a pancake with them to ensure you are getting a decent amount I guess, but I won't be back.
