Placing order while outside the door is peculiar & there's no comfortable seating. However, the pastries are some of the best European style pastries that I've found in the local area. Iron Rooster Bakery is also the only Whatcom County location that I've been to that knows how to make a proper cappuccino.
Life changing danish!! I’ve always had danishes but none like the ones here! Iron Rooster does such an amazing job making fluffy, layered pastry and topping it off with a good scoop of custard (cream cheese) and a load of fruit! There is a line up for a reason! Would love to try the other pastries. Iced latte was also good; there is some outdoor seating and liked like they opened up some indoor seating that opened up later (or I might have missed it initially, being so focused...
My wife had a very special birthday and I wanted a very special cake for her party. The Iron Rooster staff went out of their way to accommodate, communicating wonderfully and making one of the most delicious cakes we've ever had. My wife was over the moon. Delightful folks making extraordinary baked treats!
