Okay so I ordered from the screen on the counter. Small screen to say the least. Ask for the junior cheeseburger and four chicken tenders. The order was to stay. In what seems a longer than usual wait, the order comes out and it's a go bag. She hands me a tray and I put the stuff on a tray while I indicate I ordered a dine-in situation. I eat my chicken McNuggets sure, passible at best. Anyway, open my cheeseburger - there's no cheese.0 I look at my receipt and it says cheeseburger with an indication of no cheese. When I take it back to the counter I am not in the mood to be pleasant (I know I'm bad.) She says somewhere on the screen was indicated no American cheese that meant for all their sandwiches.
This restaurant is usually a drive-thru service only, if that. They never have enough people working the counter and by that I mean one. This place is terrible and I left. Thank you for nothing Jack in the Box on Sunset you really are a mediocre store.
By the way I didn't wait to be offered a refund. Not worth being there.

Service was slow and the place was filthy, bathrooms out of order, and I didn't get the loaded mini taco box I paid for I received 2 stale hard shell tacos which I politely took them to the counter and they acted like I was putting them out by doing their job. I wouldn't suggest Ever eating there.

Went in on a Friday evening. The place looks like its about to go out of business. The two younger men are very slow to work and would not even take our order.

This is the worst jack in the box. Over 10 minutes waiting to order. Nobody greeted us or anything just looked at us waiting and continued talking. After 15 minutes we finally walked out. The longer we stood waiting the longer we had to look around at how dirty the store was. Glad to take our business across the parking lot to Applebees. Way better customer service!

Usually don't leave a bad review but this one left a sour taste in my mouth . Haven't visited a jack in the box for a while and the last memory was a tastey one. This one was a disaster. Sourdough burger dried out not toasted. They were out of everything. Attention to skip drivers was more important than walk-in customers. The kids were trying but we're literally left with nothing. This franchise owner and manager needs a good head shake for sure . But this review won't mean much to them so they will continue as they were . Sad

This location was disgusting. Dirty tables, dirty highchair, dirty floors. Staff standing talking back in food area. After I stood there for a while, the hidden self-ordering screen was brought to my attention. Worker promptly turned back to group conversation. Just shut it down already!

Always F up your order. Every time without fail. I cant imagine why at 1 am when you probably have limited customers you still mess up??? I don't think you even try to get the to go orders right. This restaurant doesn't care.

scamming customers for money? seriously? there’s a facebook thread where MULTIPLE people are now corroborating stories of this Jack in the Box “unable to make change”, “refusing to refund” etc. someone even named a name of an employee who outright tried to steal $80 from a customer. this is vile behavior, and what’s even sadder is i’m going to get some ridiculous AI response saying “thank you for bringing this to our attention!” just close this place down, please

Employee at the window was great, super nice, although I ordered a number 4 combo with just mustard and ketchup and was given the base number 4 including mayo which I cannot have. Didn't end up eating it. Also was out of curly fries and could only accept cash at the front window. Unfortunate to come here on my lunch break probably won't again. EDIT : waffle fries were not cooked all the way and I ordered a doctor pepper and was given root beer.

This store is understaffed, cold and so slow. They were out of large and small cups and charge you for the medium sized cup even if you wanted small. And they were out of most sodas and there isn’t a soda machine for the lobby.
The floors are sticky and the tables need to wiped too- it might have been better to go across the street to Applebees since the cost of the food is just as high.

They don't stay open 24 hours. They put a sign in front of the drive through and hang out. They even laughed at me as they waved "bye" with HUGE SMILES on both their faces (as if they were making fun of me for coming to a 24 hours joint and expecting to purchase food.) They said their "machines" are all down every single night. Company should fire them. Whoever was there Friday March 14th 2025 at 4am, shame on you. If you don't want to work over night shifts then don't take them. Maybe hire hard working women instead of lazy men? There's a thought.
