This has to be the nicest staff I have seen at any jack in the box across the states. Always friendly and making jokes giving a very happy atmosphere. They even helped out when my cards weren’t working suddenly and I was trying to get through the automated banking system. Luckily it was a cheap order but the kindness was greatly unexpected and beyond appreciated.
My partner and I just ran through for Lunch. For some reason, this location only had two employees in the entire store (on a Fridays afternoon) and it was swamped! Customers were complaining, systems were not cooperating, it SHOULD have been a disaster. But those two guys working in there were somehow able to keep all of the customers and delivery drivers happy. I called their district manager because of just how atrociously they were set up to fail today -I had to. It wasn’t...
We stopped by last week. Ordering was slow and everything took awhile, but when we realized there was only one young man running the ENTIRE restaurant on a evening shift- we couldn't complain. Unlike most visits- our entire order (for three people) was 100% correct, super fresh and hot! Thank you Alfredo!
