I just moved here from Texas. And had the best brisket of my life, from this lil truck in a field in Blaine, WA (they also go to birch bay and Bellingham, they said). My dog is a tejano girl, maybe a bit homesick, she got the FULL ZOOMIES just from the smell of it. She gets treats every day, and she's almost 6. When she gets zoomies she means. Thanks ya'll!

Fantastic plate of barbecue last night while parked at Bellingham’s Beach Cat.
JTndid a great job! Flavorful meats and generous portions. Yummy.
(coleslaw could use a little more flavor)

Stopped by the Bellingham Beach Cat Brewing where JT's was parked. We got the 2 meat platter and mac and cheese. It was delicious and they had it ready for us within 2 minutes!
