The floors were very dirty, sticky! Dinner was expensive and not entertaining. The chicken had no flavor and the soup taste like dirt. Salad was the best thing we had.

Service is amazing. The terriyaki chicken is good. The terriyaki salmon tasted really fishy, probably old fish. They don’t take anything off your bill or take food back.

We have been here a few times, and the food and service have usually been good, but this time the food was terrible. Everything was burnt and over cooked. The restaurant was very dirty, and everything is in dire need of updating. The only saving grace this time was the service.

First visit to restaurant and food was disappointing. Chef really over seasoned the noodle with paprika or some other spice and was too overpowering to be even eaten. Steak was tasty, but shrimp was overcooked and charred. The show was fun, but didn't make up for the poor meal.

Made a reservation online through Google several weeks ago for my son's birthday dinner. Arrived at the restaurant 10 min early for reservation, upon arriving I was told there was no reservation made for us. I presented the many google confirmations. While this is going on the seated a group of people with no reservation ahead of us. Host went and spoke with someone in the back a lady came out front who was not only rude but dismissive. Was told they only accept Google reservations, which it was. I was told that no one supposedly answered the phone for the reservation than, except for the fact that Google let's you know everytime the restaurant doesn't answer for each attempt they make to get the reservation, which I have text proof of. I recieved multiple confirmations including one yesterday morning reminding me of the reservation. After all was said and done we were turned away and told we could not be seated even though they sat a party of the same size during this ordeal that had no reservation. Which resulted in a crying child who just wanted to eat here for his birthday dinner, which was properly reserved and set up.

Sticky floor caused us to be doubtful. But after we were seated the main food and service was great! The miso soup was basically just broth.

Time to renovate guys. Space is tired and dated. Food was decent but over priced for the show i assume. Walls covered in grease upholstery cracked on seats, floors greased dust Ect. The staff was excellent given the circumstances they working in. Friendly and tried their best to get things right.

My first time going, it was fairly slow when we got there and right as we ordered they got slammed. Our food took a little longer than normal but our server Iszy was wonderful and checked in often. 10/10 recommend going, food was delicious and service was top tier!

We walked in the front door, it wasn’t busy, and we stood there for 8 minutes, and not one person working there addressed us. The host saw us, and the bartender saw us. Not one word from either of them. Ridiculous!!!!

We had dinner reservations for 7:00. We were seated on time. And then the nightmare began. There was another couple seated before us who appeared to have been there for a while as they already had cocktails when we were seated. Then we waited. And we waited. And we waited some more. A server finally took our dinner orders after 30 minutes and brought us our salads and miso soup. And then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. The table across from us placed their orders at about the same time as we placed ours. Their chef cooked and served their entire meal while we waited. And he was a very slow chef. Very slow. Their entire table finished their meals, paid their bill, and left. And we still waited. After a total of an hour and 10 minutes with no sign of a chef coming to prepare our meals and no server offering an explanation, we decided to leave. I offered to pay for what we had eaten (the soup and salad), but was told that we did not need to.No apology from management. No explanation for the neglect.I would NOT recommend this place.
